Dwayne has been the lead pastor of Wellspring Church since 2007. He planted it in Charlotte, NC. As a Board Member of Acts 29 Network he is the Director of Pastoral Care. Dwayne is passionate about empowering the future generation of Biblical counselors. He serves on the Board for Directors of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is also the author of numerous online pieces. Kelleman (and Viars) Dwayne as well as his wife Leslie have three children.
